Kayo C. Serpas Sr., 62, died peacefully August 4, 2021, at his sister’s home in Slidell, Louisiana. He was born on October 18, 1958, in New Orleans, LA, the son of Noelie Mildred Fraychineaud, Claude James Serpas Sr., and stepson of Grady Lloyd Elliot.
Kayo grew up in New Orleans where he attended school at George Washington Elementary. From birth, he had his own special way of bringing laughter and mischief to others. His sly smile and quick wittedness will be remembered often and fondly.
