Obituary of Nga Thi Le
Nga Thi Le, also known as “Dinh Thi Kinh”, of Long Xuyen, Vietnam, passed away on June 9, 2022, in Lacombe, Louisiana, at the age of 87.
Mrs. Le was born in Long Xuyen, Vietnam. She worked as a receptionist for the United States Army Base in Da Nang, Vietnam for over 10 years. She was also a very successful businesswoman doing embroidery work and photography in Vietnam. She loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved to go dancing with her husband, Loc Huu Nguyen. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and traveling.
Mrs. Le is survived by her children, Thuvan Thi Nguyen, Duc Van Vu, Thuthuy Thi Nguyen, Phuc Van Pham, Tuan Huu Nguyen, Kieu Kim Tran, Thanh Huu Nguyen, Tuyen Kim Duong, Curtis Huu Nguyen, Christie Morin Nguyen, Linda Thu Nguyen Lagarde, Gregg Lagarde, Suzanne Thi Nguyen, and Shawn Curtis Ramsey; grandchildren, Lan Anh Venus Vu, Lindsey Pham, Kiet Tuan Nguyen, Kieu Chinh Tran Nguyen, Kieu Loan Tran Nguyen, Linh Que Nguyen, Chai Ann Nguyen Domingues, Blake Domingues, Asia Le Nguyen, The Tai Huu Nguyen, Rigel Morin, Brittni Lagarde, and Michelle Lagarde ;and great-grandchildren, Mon Van Tran, Tom Van Tran, and Luca Sebastian Domingues. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loc Huu Nguyen; son, Tuan Huu Nguyen, and grandson The Tai Huu Nguyen.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Audubon Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Slidell. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A Buddhist Ceremony, with Mun Thien Ngo of Phuoc Nguyen Temple officiating, will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cremation will follow with family members.
